Mark your calendars and form a team. The Cancer Association of Darke County’s National Cancer Survivor Day Run/Walk will be Saturday morning, June 2, 2012. This is an annual event celebrating cancer survivors of Darke County and surrounding areas. Plans are in the process for this event so please watch for information to come or call the Cancer Associations office for further information. All proceeds benefit cancer patients of Darke County.
The Cancer Association of Darke County is a non-profit organization providing services according to the needs of cancer patients who reside in Darke County. Services offered are: mileage cost to appointments, medication cost reimbursement, medical supply reimbursement, nutritional supplements, and volunteer drivers to take the patient to and from appointments, a lending library, and monthly support group meetings.
