WHIOtv.com has a report on another fatal crash, this time in Preble County.
Brittany Marie Ward, 18, of Lewisburg was pronounced dead at Miami Valley Hospital following a single car accident on Ohio 726. She was a passenger in a pickup being driven by 17 year old Dalton Flatter of New Madison. The report states that "Flatter drove off the right side of the roadway, came back onto the roadway, veered off the left side, struck a utility pole, struck a tree and came to a rest on its left side, police said."
Flatter was taken to the hospital as well, and his injuries are not considered life threatening.
