GREENVILLE TRANSIT SYSTEM FEATURED RIDER OF THE QUARTER

This quarter’s featured rider is Betty Young. Betty, shown here with B. Enochs, GTS, driver, rides the transit on a regular basis. She uses the transit to do her shopping, get her lunch and dinner and visit with people. Her hobbies include, attending the Great Darke County Fair, and gardening her flowers. Her favorite TV shows include Inside Edition and the news with Brian Wilson. Betty grew up in Greenville and lived in town and walked to school. She has never driven a car and has used the transit most of her life. When Betty comes into town, she usually visits the Chicken Kitchen (where her nieces work) and Walmart. Betty is thankful for the transit and knows all the drivers and dispatchers by name.
