Join the Darke County Park District on Saturday, July 21st as
we float down one of Darke County’s scenic waterways. These floats are relaxing and fun for the family. Depending on the water levels, we will explore the tree-lined banks of the Stillwater River or Greenville Creek for an all-day float. We will start the float at 10:00am, break for lunch along the water and finish our float around 4:00pm. Reserve a canoe for two or solo a kayak by calling the Nature Center at 937.548.0165 (kayakers must demonstrate proficiency or have completed kayak introduction). Space is limited and the fee is $10 per person. Be sure to bring sunscreen, a sack lunch, water, sunglasses and “Dress for Wet.”
