For the first time in the twenty first century and in fact not since 1964 have we held a Reunion. Too much time has passed and our newest generation needs to have a connection with our ancestors who cleared the land, established their lives and laid a strong foundation for all of us today.
So on September 15, 2012 all of those who are connected to the Peschke or Prakel families are invited to gather at the old Spring Hill Club on Conover Road west of Versailles for a Family Gathering, beginning at 3:00 p.m. with dinner at 5:30 p.m.
In order to keep this as simple as possible the meat, soda, coffee, and water will be provided. A donation basket will be placed so that we all might share in the cost. For those close enough, please bring as Grandma used to say, “a well filled basket” to share. For those away who would like to help with the meal, let us know and we will ask the local grocer to fix a salad or dessert for you.
