WHIO has a report this morning that a Darke County man was arrested on charges of having weapons while intoxicated after an altercation with deputies over night.
According to the report, William Miniard, 22, had an argument with his girlfriend and then went outside and started firing a gun but was not aiming at anyone and no one was hurt.
When officers arrived at the scene, they requested for backup to handle the situation. No deputies were hurt, however.
