On Sunday October 21st at the 10:30 a.m. ten young people will make their first communion as part of the morning worship service. We invite you to join us as these young people take their next step in our faith.
To further enhance their experience, the 1st Communion Class will also make the bread that we will all share for Communion.
Pastor Bob Akin will be sharing inspiring words from God in both the Children’s message and the adult sermon and the hymns of the church will help us celebrate this special day in our young people’s lives. Following worship, join us for Fellowship in our rear Sanctuary where we enjoy time over treats to get to know one another better.
Our Christian education for all ages begins at 9:15 a.m. and our class “Lutheranism 101” will return at 1:00 p.m. in the upstairs Fellowship Area.
