Jordan Insurance Agency Sponsors Family Theatre Series

Jon Jordan of Jordan Insurance Agency presents a check to Darke County Center for the Arts Executive Director Andrea Jordan.

Jordan Insurance Agency sponsors Darke County Center for the Arts’ Family Theatre Series programming. The DCCA Family Theatre Series continues Sunday, January 27 at 2:00 pm, with Guess How Much I Love You and I Love My Little Storybook. “DCCA Family Theatre Series brings the joy of theater to children and their families, and we are delighted to be a sponsor,” shared Jon Jordan.

“It is because of our sponsors that we are able to present quality family programming to the Darke County community, at an affordable ticket price of $5,” states DCCA Executive Director, Andrea Jordan. “The momentum for this series seems to be growing and DCCA is thankful to both our generous sponsors and enthusiastic patrons.”

The DCCA Family Theatre Series presentation of Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia's adaptation of Sam McBratney's award-winning classic children’s book Guess How Much I Love You shares the tale of love between parents and children, along with the sweet story of a little rabbit who helps children discover the joy of reading in I Love My Little Storybook. “This is a show the whole family will enjoy,” says Mrs. Jordan.

Due to Greenville City Schools' temporary closure of the auditorium at Henry St. Clair Memorial Hall, this show has been moved to the Versailles Performing Arts Center, 280 Marker Road; VPAC is located within the school at Versailles.

Purchase tickets for the whole family today at Readmore's Hallmark in downtown Greenville, Worch Memorial Public Library in Versailles, by calling DCCA at 937-547-0908 and online at www.centerforarts.net. Tickets are just $5 and will also be available at the door.

The final show of the 2012-2013 Family Theatre season is the beloved fairy tale Sleeping Beauty scheduled for Sunday, April 14, at 2:00 pm.
