Friday June 14th, 4:00-5:00, On the Radar. This younger generation band consists of three Versailles High School sophomores concentrating on classic rock ‘n’ roll along with the new generation pop rock. “On the Radar” is serious about their performances, but they always find a way to add a twist of fun to keep the entertainment level high. 5:00-7:30, Almost Empty is the acoustic spin off from the band “Empty Tank”. Comprised of three local musicians who came together while attending The Ohio State, this group has been fortunate enough to play in a variety of venues from the local taverns to Put-in-Bay! Their musical genres range from the 60's to present; these men pride themselves on reaching a wide variety of listeners and couldn't be more excited to play at Poultry Days this year. 8:00-11:30, Nashville Crush. These guys have succeeded where many others have failed! Made up of some of the best musicians and vocalists around, Nashville Crush presents a perfect balance of Country and Rock music. Mix that with their high energy, award winning stage show and you have something that pleases people of all ages and backgrounds. Joining them for the festival is Jessica Kenney, a high energy country artist based in Mason, Ohio. She has the ”young attitude” of Taylor Swift, the ”rockin’ band” of Jason Aldean, and the ”pop production” of Carrie Underwood. Shelby County Line is another young local group that will also accompany Nashville Crush.

Their music appeals to a broad range of people, and their fan base spans from teens to retirees. Their influences include AC/DC, Sheryl Crow, Johnny Cash, Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, and Beth Hart. This may sound like a strange combination, but once you’ve seen them perform it makes perfect sense! In 1978 Bushwack performed at their first Poultry Day’s and made many repeat appearances with a reunion in 1999.
