State of the Heart Hospice will hold the agency’s annual meeting, Monday, September 23 at 7 p.m. at the local nonprofit agency’s office in Greenville, 1350 N. Broadway. The annual meeting is open to the public, prior to the board’s regular meeting which follows. State of the Heart, with offices in Greenville, Coldwater and Portland, cares for patients and families in eastern Indiana and western Ohio who are confronting a life limiting illness.
