Sheila Ketring Ending Over 20 Years on New Madison Public Library Board

At the October Board of Trustees Meeting, Sheila Ketring, of Ketring’s Locker Service in New Madison, announced that she will be ending her time on the Board at the end of 2013. Ketring has been a valuable leader in this group for over twenty years including two terms as President. Her guidance and leadership will be missed, but she promises to remain an active patron and supporter of the library and its programs.

Additionally, Michelle Marker announced her decision to end her term at the end of October. Marker has served for six years and has added her perspective as a parent, community leader, and office manager to the Board. Her leadership and insight will be missed.

With these changes, the Board is actively seeking two new members to serve. Interested parties should send a letter of intent to the library before Friday, Nov. 8. Call the New Madison Public Library at 996-1741 with any questions.
