A special Veteran's Day Ceremony was held in the Brick Room at Brethren Retirement Community to honor all our residents who have worn the uniform in service to our country. Their services and sacrifices have given us the freedom that we have today. John Warner, President and CEO, thanked each veteran for their service and gave them a Certificate of Appreciation. Roy Weikert, 100 years young, was the oldest veteran attending this special event. Bill Figley provided the entertainment, playing Patriotic tunes as the veterans sang along and enjoyed cake and fellowship.
