WHIO: Suspect Pleads in Home Invasion from 2009

WHIO.com reports that Cody Rowe pleaded guilty to aggravated to burglary and robbery that could land him a sentence of up to 25 years in prison. The plea is part of a deal in exchange to testifying against another suspect in the case, which revolves around a home invasion from 2009.

Rowe is currently serving a sentence for a drug related conviction and is awaiting sentencing in a federal firearms case.
