WHIO: Darke County Prepares for the Latest Snow Storm

As we patiently (or anxiously) await the arrival of what I sincerely hope to be the last large snowfall of the season, WHIO's Steve Baker checked in with Darke County Engineer Jim Surber, who calls this winter the second worst he has seen in his 37 years on the job, second only to the legendary winter of 1978.

Watch the video below, and don't blame me for the snow... I purchased a snow blower just as the last batch was thawing, which should have all but guaranteed the snow would be finished.
