The Workshop Learning Center is excited to announce the opening of an infant/toddler room on September 1st! The center will be open from 6:30am to 6:30pm to help accommodate the varied schedules of families. “We are hoping to fill a need for additional options in the community,” says director Michelle Drees. “The addition of full time care will give parents the ability to have all of their children at one location without the need to juggle transportation throughout the day.” The Workshop Learning Center will also be able to offer bus pickup and drop off for school age children. This is an extension of the preschool program that is already established. “Our part time preschool program has been a great success. Without the support of our current parents we would not be in a position to create additional offerings.” Enrollment for the September class has already begun and there are limited spaces available. We are looking for caring individuals to help us as we grow and expand. Applicants should be nurturing, enthusiastic and have a natural love of working with children. We are looking for both full and part time positions. Applicants should have a flexible schedule, be willing to attend required trainings and be able to pass a background check.
