Jeff & Ellie Keaser Benefit Quilt Raffle Winner

Recently, a handmade quilt was raffled off to benefit the family of Jeff & Ellie Keaser. The quilt was donated as a labor of love by Nancy Rush and Kathy Street - who hand crafted the king size masterpiece.

The winner of the raffle, Kristy Long of Greenville, was ecstatic when she was notified by phone that she was the lucky recipient of the quilt. She humbly and graciously asked if she could give the quilt to someone very special. She contacted Stacie Thompson-Male, the Keaser's niece, and gave the quilt to her - in order to "keep it in the family".

The quilt raffle raised almost $ 1,300. and will be used for the Keaser's final expenses. The Keaser and the Smith families wish to thank everyone who supported this fund raiser for Ellie and Jeff.
