He is shown with Hope Middlestetter of Arcanum Elementary and her service dog. Hope received her first of three ribbons of the day from Bill. She participated in the 50 meter run, the standing long jump and the softball throw.
GTI has been a long-time strong supporter of the locally funded and volunteer operated Darke Co. Special Olympics program.
