Suspect in Central Avenue Shooting Arrested

On March 27th, 2019, officers from the Greenville Police Department received information that David Green, 50, was inside the residence of 410 Central Avenue.

Officers had been searching for David Green in connection to a shooting that occurred at that same residence on March 21st, 2019. A search warrant was obtained for the residence.

With the assistance of deputies from the Darke County Sheriff's Office and Special Response Teams from Darke and Miami Counties, entry was made into the residence. David Green was located and arrested for Felonious Assault in connection to the previous shooting.

Mariah Green, 22, of Greenville was also arrested at the scene and charged with Obstructing Official Business and Resisting Arrest, both misdemeanors of the First Degree. Stephanie Green, 48, of Greenville, was also arrested at the scene and charged with Obstructing Justice, a felony of the Third Degree.

Additional charges are pending review by the Darke County Prosecutor's Office.
