WHIO: Two jailed on arson charges, police say they were 'playing with fire'
WHIO's Steve Baker reports that two teens were arrested in Greenville on arson related charges as they were caught playing with fire, possibly trying to start a garage fire. It is being investigated whether or not these two have any involvement in the recent string of garage fires that have destroyed or severely damaged several garages around town.
