Greenville Church of the Brethren, located at 421 Central Ave., Greenville, announces exciting Wednesday Night Community Activities, featuring the KidZone and TeenZone ministries for children and Jr./Sr. High youth. This weekly event begins on Wednesday, October 13th. Parents and adults are encouraged to attend. Opportunities to learn more about God and yourself are available. KidZone is held 5:00-7:00 pm; TeenZone is held 5:00-7:30 pm.
A free nutritious meal will be served each Wednesday. Regularly planned activities include music, games, and life skill/experience presentations. There will also be interactive multi-media Bible lessons emphasizing Jesus and His teachings. The purpose is helping persons to know God personally while providing valuable tools for handling many of life’s everyday problems.
The Diakonia (dee-ah-cone-eeya) clothing bank will be open. Transportation assistance is available. Appointments for free counseling and tutoring are available too.
