WHIOtv.com: 1940 Class Ring Returned

WHIOtv.com has the story (click below for the video) of a 1940 Greenville High School class ring that has been returned after being missing for decades.

Marceena Hamilton, a former resident of Greenville, found the ring on a street one day in the late 1980s. After coming across it again recently, she decided to track down the owner or owner's family to return it. With the help of Greenville High School Alumni, she was able to track the ring to owner Beulah Dorothea Swabb, now deceased. Marceeena was able to located Beulah's daughter,  Nancy Long Francis, to whom she has returned the ring.
