WHIOtv.com is developing a story on a crash that occurred over night on Howard Street in Union City, IN.
Two men (whose names have not been released as of yet) were in a pickup truck that collided with several vehicles as well as at least one tree, leaving a path of destruction up and down the street. One of the men was air lifted to Miami Valley Hospital where he has "serious to critical injuries," according to WHIO.
