WHIO: New Madison Police Attempt to Stop Driver Who Then Leads 4 Different Agencies on Chase

WHIOtv.com is reporting on an overnight chase that involved 4 agencies before coming to an end.

Around 2:30am, New Madison Police attempted to pull over a pickup truck who was driving without the use of headlights. The driver of the truck sped away, initiating a chase that involved New Madison Police, Darke County Sheriff's Deputies, Preble County Sheriff's Deputies, and the Ohio Highway Patrol.

Teh driver eventually stopped and pulled over in El Dorado, where he led the officers on a brief foot chase.

According to WHIO, he was apprehended,"arrested and booked into the Darke County Jail on suspicion of fleeing and alluding, OVI and other traffic violations, according to deputies."
