It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas at your Versailles Area Museum

With the Hometown Christmas this Friday and Saturday the Museum wanted to be a part of your special plans. So on Friday evening we will lend out one of our Board Members in period dress to share a little of Versailles History and perhaps a story or two during your Friday night sleigh rides.

On Saturday the Museum will be decked out in its holiday wear as we host special hours from 10:00 to 3:00 and again on Sunday from 1:00 to 4:00 to let you browse through our Christmas Displays. From the peace of our Church room to treats in Martin’s Toyland, and you won’t want to miss Grandma’s Kitchen 1900 style for delicious samples of old time treats and recipes, new each week! Also a visit to our gift shop for wonderful surprises for under your tree is a must!

We will be open every Sunday through Christmas from 1:00 to 4:00. For group tours please call the museum office at 526-4222 and someone will get back to you.

Come get in the spirit of Christmas Past at your Versailles Museum. Admission is always free, but your generous donations are most appreciated!
