VHCC Thanksgiving Celebration

Business Office Manager Therese Pohlman and long-term care
residents Mae Stoltz and Florence Schwartz.
Versailles Health Care Center hosted a Thanksgiving meal for patients, residents, staff, and guests. VHCC’s dining services provided a holiday meal of turkey, ham, dressing mashed potatoes and gravy, sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, rolls, and pumpkin pie. VHCC staff also brought in homemade dishes to share with patients and residents. Kristy Earick, CEO/Administrator, thanked all in attendance and led prayer before the meal. Earick shared “Thanksgiving is the time of year when we cherish family gatherings. We are all one big family here and look forward each year to the food and sharing of our traditional Thanksgiving meal together. A special thanks to our culinary team for a job well done!”
